VW ENJOYING THE OUTDOOR LIFE BEFORE BIG YEAR OF ANNIVERSARIES!
Verbal Warning have had a great run of outdoor/festival shows recently with seven of our last nine shows being outside.
The picture above is from the packed marquee at the Rock & Bike Festival in Long Eaton - thanks to all as always for your support.
We are back indoors at Eastwood The Old Wine Vaults in two weeks but doubtless we will see many of you in Blackpool at Rebellion Punk Music Festival this week!
And it's back outdoors for the Blyth Power Ashes Festival in Goole later next month!
If you are at Rebellion come into the Old Vic Bar (the old acoustic stage) on the Saturday afternoon when our frontman John and wife Pam will be jumping up to sing some songs with Nottingham's Static Kill.
In fact pop in there on all four days to see who is jumping up with Static Kill as they are curating the stage all weekend and among those getting up are Charlie Harper, Steve Ignorant and Carol Hodge.
We are all looking forward to a very special 2025 when the band will celebrate some significant anniversaries.
It will be 45 years since the very first VW gig, it will also be 20 years since the reformed band sprang back to life, and Ant Warning will be celebrating 10 years on our drum stool.
We have added a special cover song to the set now to mark the forthcoming milestones!
