MORE MARQUEE MAGIC AHEAD FOR VERBAL WARNING

Great news - Verbal Warning have just been added to the bill for this year's 20th anniversary Rock and Bike Fest in Long Eaton (11th-13th July).

We will be onstage 4.30-5.30pm on the Friday (12th July) just ahead of the fantastic Stranglers tribute band Rattus Inheritus at 6pm.

We were due to have a year off the bill this year but are delighted to be drafted in late on and are stocking up the plastic duck bag ready as we speak!

There's plenty more punk mayhem on the bill too with Anti Nowhere League and Hung Like Hanratty

This will be the first time ever we have shared a bill with the legendary Showaddywaddy too!

If you have not yet got your tickets, grab em now, there are lots of outlets including Harry's Home Improvements in Long Eaton market place.

Cheers to all who came to the show on the Friday night in the Long Eaton Carnival marquee, it was a great weekend on West Park and a credit to the town and all the volunteers.

And we are still buzzing from our first gig at the prestigious Bearded Theory Festival in 13 years last month.

A huge downpour on the Wednesday turned the site into a mudbath but everyone got on with it and it was a fantastic weekend with some great bands.

We are grateful to Gail Something Else for booking us to play the Something Else Tea Tent which, as always, had some of the weekend's best acts. And great cake too!

Hopefully we won't have to wait another 13 years to play there again.

We are back under canvas for Rock & Bike and can't wait.

But before that we will join SPAM in playing Gary Winsbury's birthday party at Sawley's Soldiers & Sailors Club on Friday, 21st June.

It is a massive room with a big stage and Gary says all VW and SPAM fans are welcome to come down and help him enjoy his 60th! See you there!
